We respond to all questions within three working hours but please understand that as a small business we may not be able to respond after 5pm and at weekends

VAT
VAT is included in the item and delivery price at the current applicable rate and a VAT receipt will be sent with the item.

Reserve and Collect Service

You are welcome to collect your purchase from our shop in Aylesbury. You must go ahead and buy your item(s) first to ensure they are reserved for you. Please be sure to select the 'Collection in Person' postal service during checkout. We are open from 8 to 5 every weekday, and 8 to 12 on Saturdays.

Payment
We are very happy to accept payment by credit card over the phone, or by cash or credit card in person in the shop as well as Paypal.

What to do if something goes wrong with your order

  • Don't worry - If anything does go wrong the chances are that we have experienced it before and can fix it quickly. You can probably see from our feedback that we have a great reputation of which we are very proud.
  • If your item is not received when expected, or is not as described in our listing, please read the following information carefully:
  • If your order has not been received when expected the likelihood is that it will be waiting to be collected from your local Royal Mail or Parcelforce Delivery Office.
